This adapter fits into the ram of the RCE Walnut Hill press and adapts type -S Corbin dies to work in it. The Corbin -S type dies screw into the top of the adapter. A punch extender or "slug" drops into the Walnut Hill press ram and then the adapter screws into the ram. All Corbin swage dies except those using a captive ejector wire punch (such as the PF-1-S point form die) operate using their own internal punches. The PF-1-S point forming die requires a special WH-EJECT punch, which is available separately. The ejection pin wire size is matched to the PF-1-S die (a decimal fraction stamped on the end of the die such as .018 or .105 indicates the wire size). The external punch for all -S type dies can be used in the Walnut Hill press head using a standard FPH-1-S floating punch holder.
