LED-D extruder die insert is a hardened, specially shaped steel insert for the LED-1-H lead wire extruder. It changes the diameter of lead wire being extruded. One comes with the LED-1-H extruder kit. You can order additional sizes, either standard or custom. Select the "down arrow" in the size box, above, to bring up the list of standard sizes. If you want something else (custom), leave the selection at "custom size" and enter the diameter you want in decimal inches, such as 0.300. The smallest size that will extrude is about 0.125 inches. There is no maximum size other than the diameter of the billet itself. Anything in between can be made. Additional billet mold tubes and bases can be ordered on the appropriate pages (BMT-B and BMT-1).
