JDL-2 is a 2-ounce container of Jacket Drawing Lubricant, used to reduce friction and effort in drawing brass and copper jacket materials. Corbin Swage Lube generally works well as a draw lube, but for situations where a less viscous material is desired, or for automatic flow lubrication systems, JDL-2 or JDL-16 (pint size container) is the better choice.
May be applied with a brush, with the fingers, or by rolling on a stamp pad which has been saturated with the lube. Jacket Draw Lube is a non-petroleum, plant-based non-flammable clear to very slightly pale yellow color with a faint, mild odor.
