Jacket Drawing Lube is used for processing copper strip or tubing
into bullet jackets. It is especially useful in the JMK-2-H
jacket making kit, as it will flow through the automatic
strip lubrication system and coat both sides of the strip,
and also does not tend to cause the cut disks to stick to
each other as a heavier lube might.
JDL-16 is a non-flammable lubricant. It contains no hydrocarbon
distillates or high volatility liquids, and does not promote
corrosion of the metal (as do some common soap-based non-
ferrous lubricants).
