Sim Test ST-1 is a single block (net weight slightly under 10 lbs) in sample quantity, enough to examine its characteristics, run small scale testing, or sufficient for testing with most airguns and 22-LR or lower energy projecties. Melt over hot water, pour into any desired shape using aluminum, heat-resistant plastic cooking containers, or other mould media capable of handling boiling water or 212-deg F (Sim-Test is liquid at 140-deg F). Density 1.3gm/cc. The "shelf life" is normally from 1 to 5 years, depending on how well you keep it wrapped, and stored in a cool and dry location. (Tightly wrapped in a 4-mil plastic sheeting, and stored in a normal ice chest or styrofoam cooler at between 40 to 60 degrees F, in an area with humidity between 40-60%, Sim Test will last the longest time.)
