This is a 6 x 6 x 2-inch thick steel mounting plate for
either the CSP-1 or the CSP-2 Corbin press. It has a
3-bolt hole pattern of threaded mounting holes which
go through the plate, one set of threaded holes for each
of the two models of Corbin press (six total threaded holes). The inside pattern uses 5/16 x 18 tpi bolts.
The outside pattern uses 1/2 x 13 tpi bolts.
This is the plate normally welded on top of a square steel tube, which telescopes within a larger diameter square tube on the Corbin CSP-S floor stand. It is
offered as a "Do It Yourself" project component for
those who wish to build their own stands or to use the
heavy mounting plate as reinforcement for a bench top
for mounting one of the two presses, or as a removable
clamp-on mounting base.
Please note that although the picture shows the plate
sitting on its stand post to illustrate normal use, this item does not include
any post or other mounting components. If you order
this item, you will receive the 6 x 6 x 2 inch steel
plate by itself.
