The CSP-2LH long handle is used for swaging large calibers (such as 50 BMG, and larger). It approximately doubles the leverage, reducing effort by nearly 50% for the same amount of ram tonnage. The trade-off is a longer reach with your arm from top to bottom of stroke. For jobs that do not require the additional leverage, it is less effort to use the CSP-2SH short handle (which is the roller side-bar design). The roller side-bar handle is shipped with the press (standard). The long handle is available as an option, either in place of the short handle or as an additional item.
