This is a polymer adhesive-backed scale or ruler which fits on the Hydro Press sensor standard. It is used as a guide for setting the position sensors, which control the stopping points for the top of stroke and the loading position. The scale has both metric and English measurements. To fasten it, first clean the metal onto which it is to be mounted with a cloth dampened with alcohol. Wipe the surface dry. Peel off the protective backing, and press the scale firmly in place, pushing firmly to iron out any wrinkles or air bubles. It is offered as a replacement in case of damage to the original, or as an upgrade to early presses which did not have the scale. It can of course be used for other applications where an accurate ruler is usedful.
