BGK-1-H Base Guard Kit makes any caliber of BG
disk from .22 to as large as .90 caliber using 1-inch x .030
thick copper strip. Larger bore sizes can be made using
special size strip. The BG disks are attached to the base
of the bullet during the swaging process simply by placing
the disk in the die with the lead material, and using a
BG base punch. The BG punch has a depression in the exact
center of the punch face, which forms a rivet head from
the lead core material as it extrudes through a hole in the
disk. Specify the caliber you wish to make.
