This is a point forming die for the CSP-2 or CHP-1 press, which makes a long, round nosed bullet shape similar to the Kynoch big game bullets. It can make jacketed or lead bullets. To make jacketed bullets you would want a core seating die. For precise weight control you would want a CSW-1-H core swage die. This would normally be a $513 die because it is a custom ogive and diameter, but we only have one and it is on sale.
