This is the 1/4-inch diameter steel crank for any of the HCT (Hand Cannelure Tool) models. It does NOT have the embossing wheel, but does come with the knurled rotating finger grip and snap rings to secure it in the upper channel (handle portion) of the tool. It is offered as a replacement part for rebuilding the tools, and is not normally required or used as an accessory. This is the part that you grasp and turn to rotate the embossing wheel. It is a crank shaft. It is not the upper or lower body of the tool, and consists of a dog-leg crank shaped 1/4-inch steel rod with snap ring grooves and a knurled handle on one end.
