This is a 3-die set for making 40 cal (10mm) round nose open or lead tip handgun bullets. It consists of these dies:
- CSW-1-S Core Swage Die, uses .340-diam wire or cast core to produce .355-inch precise core weights
- CS-1-S Core Seating Die, flat base, open or lead tip, with seating punch for J-40-630 jackets
- PF-1-S Point Forming Die, flat base, open or lead tip, 3/4-E ogive, with .120-diam ejector.
To complete a 40 caliber package you would want these items also:
- CSP-1 S-press
- LW-10 .340 lead wire 70,000gr spool
- PCS-1 .340 core cutter (or PCS-1D .340 inserts for your existing core cutter)
- CSL-2 swage lube
- J-40-630 jackets, pkg/250
You may want an optional HCT-1 cannelure tool to apply a cannelure to the bullet.
