This is the .191-diameter core swage external punch that fits the RAM of your reloading press, and has a bleed hole to adjust the core weight for .224 and .243 lead cores.
This punch comes with the CSW-1-R core swage die which makes .191 cores. It is offered as a replacement for folks who might have been too tempted to apply the old adage that "more is better" when it comes to force!
