This is a 4-die set for the Mega Mite or Hydro Press only, in .408 Caliber, with a ULD-TIP high BC shape and rebated boattail base. It uses a .312 lead wire for the core and a .330 core swage die is included. There is one more punch not in the picture, as the PF-1-HT die has both a cavity forming ejector and a metal tip ejector.
The jackets are avalable as the J-40-143, in packages of 250. They are heavy walled long range high velocity jackets designed for the high energy 408 Cheytac and other 40 high velocity loads. We have only one of these sets available at this time.
You may wish to add LW-10 .312 lead wire, PCS-1 core cutter in .312 (or the cutter inserts for .312 if you already have a core cutter), the J-40-143 jackets, and the TIP-30-5 package of CNC-machined chromate steel tip inserts (pkg of 500). Two bags of jackets and one bag of tips, plus two spools of lead wire (70,000gr each) is just about perfect for making 500 bullets. Add CSL-2 swage lube and your existing CHP-1 or CSP-2 press, and you are in business!
